Terms of Service

Normfluss runs automated accessibility checks on documents and, for account holders, supports remediation and issues an evidence record of what was tested.

Our automated check reports what it FOUND against machine-checkable criteria. It is observational, not a legal-compliance determination. Some accessibility criteria require human judgement and are outside the automated scope; the results state which. Nothing in the service is legal advice, and an evidence record is a record of what was tested, not a certification of compliance.

You must have the right to upload the documents you submit, and must not use the service unlawfully or to process content you are not permitted to process.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We offer two-factor authentication and recommend enabling it.

Paid features are billed via our Merchant of Record, Paddle, on the terms shown at checkout. Prepaid credits and API allotments are governed by our Refund Policy: unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase; consumed credits and started API periods are not.

Normfluss is provided on an “as is” basis. The automated check is observational and is not a guarantee of legal compliance, and an evidence record is a record of what was tested, not a certification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Normfluss is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nikola Innovations Limited, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country in which you reside. Disputes are subject to the competent courts there.
